Important Home Access Center Information

All parents with students in elementary and middle schools should now be able to view the page for Report Cards in Home Access Center. Parents with students in high school should be able to view the Report Card and Transcript pages.

If you have any questions, please direct them to your child's school site administrator.

Please remember that Home Access Center does not include Summer School information!

High Schools and Middle Schools only:

To view student course requests for the next school year (2013-2014) click on the ‘Schedule’ menu item inside Home Access Center. Next year course requests are found at the bottom of the Schedule page.

You will use the same login and password for the Home Access Center each year as long as you have at least one child active in Fulton County Schools. If your child has been withdrawn or has graduated from the school system your Home Access Center login is inactivated automatically by the system and you will no longer have access to the website.

How do I change my password used for Home Access Center?

On the Parents page directly below the login icon is a link to the password reset utility. Directions for using this utility are available in the same area. For questions about changing your password or other Home Access issues, please contact your child's school. Each school has a parent liaison and technology specialist that can assist you with any questions that arise. For your convenience the instructions for the password reset utility are attached to this FAQ.

How do I get a login and password for Home Access Center?

First time Home Access Center users: You can pick up your login and password at a school where you have a child in attendance. If you have multiple children in Fulton County Schools you may go to any of your children's schools. You will be required to show a photo ID to receive this information. The school can combine all of your students into a single login.

Prior Home Access Center users: The login and password you received last year is still active as long as you have at least one child enrolled in Fulton County Schools.

How do I see my child’s most current average?

By clicking on the Show Averages button as illustrated in the attached document.

I cannot exit Home Access Center even though I click on the Exit link. Why does my session stay live?

Internet browsers often have default settings that are supposed to make it easier for the user to re-enter a site. This setting can be changed to prompt you for your login and password. The attached document walks you through this process if you are using Internet Explorer with a PC.

What do I do about the error message that I get telling me I am not authorized to view the page when I try to log onto the Home Access Center?

For PC users the attached document will step you through changing Internet Explorer settings that can cause your computer to not send the correct information for authentication into the website. If this information does not address your problem please contact your child's school for further assistance.

Who do I contact with questions about Home Access Center?

Your child's school has a designated parent liaison and technology specialist that can assist you with questions about Home Access Center. Please do not contact the district office for support questions.
