EOCT dates (where applicable)    

Fulton Virtual Campus courses cost $250 ($200 for students eligible for free meal status) per .5 credit course.  Tuition payment is necessary in order to enroll and the link will be made available following counselor validation of course requests.  Payment is done online using VISA, Master Credit Card, or Prepaid Credit Card.

Mandatory Face to Face Meetings

Personal Fitness and Health Classes have two required face to face meetings.  Students who enroll in these classes, must attend each of these sessions. EOCT's will also be given face to face.

End of Course Tests

9th Grade Lit, 11th Grade Lit, U.S. History, Economics, GPS Algebra, GPS Geometry, and GPS Advanced Algebra, Physical Science, and Biology all require an EOCT. EOCTs will be taken at the home school during the school year (Fall and Spring).  The Spring session EOCT testing window is April 29 - May 3, 2013. 

Class Cancellations

Classes will be cancelled if there are not enough students registered/enrolled. Full tuition will be returned if a class is cancelled due to lack of enrollment.

Dropping Course/Receiving Credit

Students can drop courses through noon on March 1, 2013 without a corresponding grade appearing on their transcripts. 

Refund Requests

Requests for full refunds for courses will be honored until noon on February 8th.  After noon on February 8th, requests for partial refunds (full refund excluding $50 service fee) will be honored until noon on February 15th.  No refund after noon on February 15th
