Infrastructure Management delivers direct service and support to schools and administrative offices by providing continuous operations of voice and data communications and all technology hardware. Highly complex networks traverse thousands of miles via copper and fiber optic cabling, connecting 30,000+ computers and 2,500 telephones at 97 schools and administrative offices. Instructional content, business services, and data storage are delivered to over 78,000 students and 10,000 employees utilizing 600+ servers over a single network platform. This department is responsible for network design, hardware and operating system standards, hardware repair and cabling, asset management, maintenance and operations for all telephone systems, data and video network infrastructure, network administration, school support and hardware deployments.
