The Organizational Advancement Division faciiltates development and execution of the school system's strategy.  Our team coordinates the design and revision of school system policies, the Balanced Scorecard and system improvement initiatives.  Through national, state and local student assessments and evaluation of programs, we monitor achievement for all students.  We manage the technology and data systems to support decision-making and improvement.  We expand the use of technology to support student learning.  We provide professional development and performance management programs to promote continuous improvement toward the system's goals and objectives.  We ensure communication and partnership with all of our stakeholders, and secure grants and donations to support school system priorities.
