The Continuous Improvement department is a key function in the Division of Strategy and Innovation. Our primary objective is to identify, develop and monitor opportunities to advance district operations that provide world-class support for our schools and employees. The Continuous Improvement team partners with system leaders to develop, execute, and monitor excellent practices for the district.
