The Division of Strategy and Innovation facilitates the development and execution of the school system's strategy.  Our team coordinates the design and revision of school system policies, the Balanced Scorecard and system improvement initiatives.  Through national, state and local student assessments and evaluation of programs, we monitor achievement for all students.  We ensure communication, partnership, and engagement with all of our stakeholders, and secure grants and donations to support school system priorities.
